CaDu is a unique tool that we created for Atlassian aiming to revolutionise student time management and teamwork. This application arose from a knowledge of the difficulties students encounter in organising their schedules and efficiently cooperating on group projects. The app was developed in response to the increased demand for digital solutions that address the dynamic and diverse academic contexts that students face today.
CaDu's major purpose is to give students with a comprehensive and user-friendly application that simplifies and improves time management and team cooperation. It aims to bridge the gap between individual planning and group coordination, ensuring that the two are harmoniously linked. The software is intended to be more than just a planner; it is intended to be a comprehensive solution that encourages improved time management, increases productivity, and fosters successful cooperation.
Goal
CaDu tackles the essential problems of inefficient time management and collaboration among students, both of which are prevalent in academic contexts. Traditional time management solutions frequently lack the flexibility and capabilities required to accommodate students' diverse and unpredictable schedules. Furthermore, present approaches and technologies for team cooperation usually fall short of allowing efficient communication and job distribution among group members. CaDu strives to reduce these inefficiencies by providing a bespoke solution and a platform that thoroughly supports students in both their individual and collaborative academic endeavours.

Time Management
Time management comes with challenge such as changing plan and self regulation.
Some people only manage their time under task pressure.
Time management tool could offer more of the features such as efficiency and easy use.

Key Findings
Conclusion
We find that personal time management is linked to group work through task management. It implies that good cooperation may improve individual time management by encouraging mutual responsibility and accountability. Individuals who manage their time efficiently, on the other hand, boost the efficiency of the team as a whole, resulting in greater task coordination and execution. The graphic emphasises the need of taking a comprehensive approach to building time management systems in order to successfully satisfy the demands of users.
